Items used, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible.
3. Process
Contact our customer support at support@almushir.com or call 9759199292 with your order number, product details, and clear images of the damaged item.
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a refund as per your request.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, we will bear the return shipping charges.
Otherwise, return/exchange shipping costs will not be covered by us.
